Our Team
Over a number of years, Campbell Infrastructure has grown into a talented group of individuals, all of whom exemplify our company vision. This vision focuses on outstanding values, service, and quality. We are a close-knit team working with family-based values. The team pride ourselves on our shared “Can Do” attitude, which allows us to be a trusted subcontractor for our local council and community.
Alister Campbell – Projects Operations Manager
Alister has 25 years of experience in the civil construction industry.
Starting 16 years ago on the tools, Alister now manages the company. He is driven by his personal vision for outstanding quality and workmanship. His leadership and competency skills are a tribute to hundreds of completed projects, from large roading works and retail carparks to stunning driveways.
The success of Campbell Infrastructure is due to Alister’s leadership and practical knowledge, which has seen considerable expansion over the past 5 years.
Sanne van der Vliet – Contracts Manager
Sanne began her career in Holland with a degree in the social work sector before transitioning into managing construction industry recruitment in New Zealand. This background gives her an in-depth understanding of the civil construction industry.
Now as Campbell Infrastructure’s Contract Manager, Sanne is the key to all pre-tender requisites, tendering, pricing, procurement and managing contracts.
Sanne is highly valued for her ability to nurture strong and trusted client relationships with her thorough and honest approach. Sanne’s commitment is another reason Campbell Infrastructure has achieved substantial growth.
Our History
In 1999, Euan Campbell started up preparing driveways with an old bobcat and a small truck. Today, Campbell Infrastructure is a leading civil construction organisation. It employs 30 local staff and owns heavy vehicles including a fleet of trucks, asphalt paving machines, and earthmoving equipment. Campbell Infrastructure also runs a successful sustainable recycling department.
Over the decades, we have asphalted thousands of square metres for commercial clients and private driveway owners. In 2021, we identified a new challenge of getting rid of concrete waste. Following a thorough research and development period led by company founder Euan Campbell, we have expanded our fleet, systems, and capabilities, enabling us to reclaim, process, and repurpose concrete that would otherwise clog up our landfills. Euan now runs the recycling department on a day-to-day operation, while his son Alister runs the day-to-day Contract Project Operations.
Our Fleet
Our fleet is constantly being upgraded, with founding director Euan Campbell continuously investing in the latest technology, machinery, and equipment. This ensures that we always have the right resources for the right job. This also ensures that machinery breakdowns are limited, and delays do not compromise the job.
We own multiple excavators, trucks, rollers and Vogele asphalt pavers, graders, and bobcats. Every item of machinery is researched for its reliability, technology, and service backup. Our gear is serviced regularly by our in-house mechanics to ensure they are safe and in excellent working order.
During the latter part of 2021, we purchased a Sandvik J241 mobile crusher to work in conjunction with a new 1200 Warrior power screen, allowing us to repurpose waste concrete from footpaths, driveways, and kerbing.
Our Vision
Campbell Infrastructure is committed to building roads that keep our country moving and building driveways to last families a lifetime. We treat our partners, customers, and each other with trust, integrity, and respect.
Our core values are shared across our team and are strongly reflected in our workmanship. We focus on quality, service, and accountability while striving to push boundaries and innovate boldly.
Our core values are:
- Want to be here.
- Do it once, do it right.
- Take ownership.
- On time.
